SAN DIEGO — Housecall Pro, a field service management software company for home service contractors, has released new AI-driven tools and product enhancements as part of its fall 2025 update.
The release includes features developed from user feedback and designed to improve automation, communication and operational efficiency.
“Our users asked for deeper automation, smarter marketing, tighter operational control and easier communication in the field,” said Roland Ligtenberg, Housecall Pro co-founder and senior vice president of innovation. “This release focuses on removing friction from daily operations and delivering measurable results.”
New tools in the update include AI features that provide customer insights, generate professional messages for invoices and estimates, and deliver business analytics through customizable reports. The release also introduces a centralized chat system that brings customer, employee and AI communications into one hub, along with new options for managing targeted direct-mail campaigns.
