Housecall Pro announced a February product update that includes new features and enhancements across payroll, accounting, automation, artificial intelligence and mobile performance.

The company said the updates were based on user feedback from its community of home service professionals.

“We receive feedback from our Pros all the time, and one of the things we're proudest of is when Pros tell us that Housecall Pro really listens to them,” said Roland Ligtenberg, co-founder and senior vice president of growth at Housecall Pro. “This latest core update is proof of that. We heard what our Pros were asking for and we built it. And there's a lot more coming later this year, especially on the AI front.”

According to the company, the update includes:
-Payroll time tracking with visibility into regular, overtime, double time and time off
-Custom sync controls for QuickBooks Online
-Recurring discounts for repeat customers
-An updated reviews widget
-Custom call reasons in HCP Voice
-Automatic photo upload retries
-Expanded campaign automation with new triggers and exit logic
-Recurring job management with automatic invoicing
-AI tools, including CSR AI Chat Answering and Accountant AI
-Mobile app updates, including gallery sharing and a revised jobs list view
