The 8,000-sq.-ft. building, with a staff of 30 technicians, will provide services to homeowners in Ft. Pierce and surrounding areas.
The 35-year-old West Palm Beach-based company now has nine offices in Florida with an additional two locations opening by year's end. The company has 300 employees.
Focusing its services on the outside of the home where bugs live and breed, Hulett offers a variety of long-lasting healthy home services that reduce the impact on the environment. The programs are maintained without having to enter the home.
"Our Ft. Pierce location is a brand new advanced facility," said Tim Hulett, president and entomologist. "It is a direct response to the ever-increasing demand from this growing region to provide high-end professional services that will enhance the quality of life in the area.
"Florida is a bug paradise and advances in science have given us the tools to keep them out of our homes without disrupting the environment," he said.
Hulett offers a variety of pest management services. Programs include termite services, mosquito abatement, rodent control, flea services, pest prevention, and lawn and shrub services.
