NOTTINGHAM, Me. – Ken Kosiorek, who worked for 30 years in various sales positions for Target Specialty Products (previously Residex) , passed away on Aug. 29. He was 56.
Kosiorek is remembered by co-workers, supervisors and customers as not just a colleague, but a friend and mentor.
David Helt, president, Target Specialty Products, shared the news with employees in a memo, writing: Ken overcame his own personal health battles for years, while always showing up for work and contributing immensely to his colleagues, customers and our company and brought a unique spirit to our workplace. His passion and commitment were evident in everything he did, and his energy and drive will be greatly missed by all of us.
As reported in his obituary, Kosiorek leaves behind wife Michelle Kosiorek (nee Calvert); daughter Amy Calvert Kosiorek-Gray ( Jim) and two grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, September 6, 2024, from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 10 A.M., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 8420 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236. Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Kenneth’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org or to Disabled American Veterans at www.dav.org
