WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — John Vermillion, founder and owner of The Bug Man Pest Control, was honored recently by the Indiana Pest Management Association. During its winter meeting at Purdue University, Vermillion was recognized for his 10 years of service on the Indiana Pesticide Review Board. The Board oversees the sale, use and application of pesticides in Indiana. The appointments were made by governors O'Bannon, Kearns and Daniels. Vermillion also served on an Administrative Law Panel that heard appeals for violations of pesticide laws in Indiana.
