IPM Associates is planning a (Train the Trainer) heat treatment workshop at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kan., March 23-25.
This seminar will be very informative and is intended for anyone considering utilizing heat for their operation instead of chemical fumigation.
The goal is to train pest control providers and end users (food manufacturers) on how to conduct a successful heat treatment, either of the entire plant or spot treatment if applicable.
All major heat providers will be present along with a host of speakers (icons) of the heat remediation process who have published several books. Information on previous heat seminars will also be distributed.
Details and registration are available at http://www.oznet.ksu.edu/grsc%5Fsubi/Conference/Heat_Treatment_Workshop_2005/index.html or call Mike Riley of IPM Associates at 903-815-1286.
