Bait Block® #709AP

TWINSBURG, OHIO – J.T. Eaton has added four new offerings to its lineup of pest control products.

J.T. Eaton has re-introduced its apple-flavored rodent bait, Bait Block® #709AP. Now available in a resealable pail for reliable freshness, the blocks can control roof rats, Norway rats and house mice, indoors and out. “We received a lot of requests for the apple-flavored blocks because they are so palatable to rodents,” explains Dale Baker, J.T. Eaton’s vice president of marketing. “With the EPA looking closely at a variety of rodent control products and how they are used, it becomes all the more important that pest professionals have as many tools at their disposal as possible. Our feedback indicates that this bait is one product many professionals didn’t want to live without.”

The 9-lb. pails of apple-flavored blocks are available through distributors.

As part of its commitment to integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, J.T. Eaton introduces two Insect-O-Matic Flying Insect Light Traps (ILTs).

Model #1500 is a horizontal light featuring a glueboard trap. Its patented Green Light Technology catches 30 percent more flying insects, and degrades more slowly than standard ultraviolet blue light traps. The 38-watt unit, whose safety features include shatterproof bulbs and the need to be unplugged for service, can be freestanding, ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted. The unit is UL approved and can be used in restaurants, food handling and food preparation accounts. The unit includes a full five-year warranty on all parts except the bulbs and glueboards.

Model #1520

Model #1520 is a round light with a glueboard trap. Like #1500, it features all-metal construction and Green Light Technology. Its large catch basin can hold scores of insects, and its voltage is controlled to prevent insect explosion.

Both units are effective on male and female fruit flies, wasps, mosquitoes, moths, pantry pests and house flies.
