The Pest Management Pledge: Support for Japan

FAIRFAX, Va. — Over the last several years members of the National Pest Management Association throughout the world have helped fellow member companies in their moments of need. From the Gulf Coast and Katrina...to the earthquake in China...to most recently, the castastrophy in Haiti...time in and out, when asked for help, members of NPMA have answered the call of need by contributing hundreds of thousands of dollars to help colleagues and donating untold hours of hands-on help in the field.
 
This time it is in Japan. The president of the Japanese Pest Control Association has asked NPMA and its members for assistance following the recent earthquake and tsunami that wreaked so much devastation on the Tohoku region. Shortly, the JPCA will send 100-200 pest professionals to the area most impacted to help with sanitation concerns and work to minimize the spread of disease. Please consider helping them in the work that needs to be done.
