ROCKFORD, Mich. — JobFLEX, a mobile estimating software provider, announced its first expansion with the opening of its new headquarters in Rockford, Mich. Originally founded in 2012, JobFLEX has added new staff to keep up with the growth of their product and customer base and has plans to bring more people on board in the near future. With new staff came the need for more space and the start-up soon realized in order to keep growing, it would need a larger, more accommodating headquarters.
Additionally, the Michigan-based tech start-up has debuted its national Partner Program to provide additional sales and support resources for its growing customer base across the country.
“JobFLEX is committed to providing the best possible customer experience and support to our users,” said Kim Phillipi, CEO of JobFLEX. “In order to do that, we needed to relocate to a larger facility to accommodate new staff and create a comprehensive Partner Program so we can best serve and support our growing customer base as our presence expands nationally.”
JobFLEX’s customer base consists of contractors, distributors, and service professionals across the country, many in Michigan where the company was founded.
Approximately 38% of JobFLEX users are insulation and residential remodeling contractors who use the mobile estimating software to generate quotes, bids, and estimates for customers right on-site, shortening the sales process and increasing efficiency.
