Haims brings strong leadership experience in diverse corporate settings ranging from start-ups such as Global Centric Networks and Slopecycle to established companies like IBM, Bloomingdales, and KPMG Peat Marwick. He has a proven track record of successfully managing SOX implementation and compliance, SEC reporting, capital acquisitions, capital management, financial planning and analysis, product development, strategic business development, as well as system design and implementation.

Haims holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business and is a certified public accountant.
