King Pest Solutions Acquires Maverick Pest Management

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — King Pest Solutions (KPS) has expanded its Western Slope presence with the acquisition of Maverick Pest Management in Mesa County.

“Maverick has built strong relationships in this market, and we’re committed to honoring that trust while bringing new resources and service capabilities,” said Casey McDaniel, owner of King Pest Solutions.

The acquisition strengthens KPS’s residential and commercial portfolio and brings Maverick’s technicians and customers into the KPS organization. Planned enhancements include expanded termite services, insulation treatments and improved scheduling and communication tools.

“This acquisition allows us to grow while staying true to our community roots," said McDaniel.
