GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. - Cousins Casey McDaniel and Kyle McDaniel, owners of King Pest Solutions, acquired Independent Pest Control (IPC). This acquisition expands King's service area from the Western Slope of Colorado to the entire Front Range (Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo).
King Pest was founded in March 2022 with growth through digital advertisements, word of mouth and door-to-door sales, the company said.
IPC was locally owned and operated by Mike and Chris Diaz. The couple were in business for 20 years answering phones and servicing homes. IPC employees will continue to work for King Pest Solutions.
The services will remain mostly the same to ensure customers that have been with IPC since the beginning will continue to get the treatment they are familiar with and deserve, the company said.
"We can now continue to service customers if you they move within the state, have more resources to offer better services and have quicker response times, and it allows us to continue to build our brand in our home state which is extremely important to us as Colorado Natives," said Casey McDaniel.
