ALBIA, Iowa — Kness announced that Mike Goza is the company's new western region sales manager, while James Hayward has been named the company's national retail sales manager.
Goza has been involved int he pest control industry for more than 18 years, starting with Terminix International During his time with Terminix he ran multiple branches throughout Northern and Central California, turning around numerous underperforming branches. He then became a region manager designing and improving upon sales and service programs.
He then went to work in the distribution side of the industry as sales manager for California and Hawaii, working for Univar USA. His ability to lead and manage sales teams led to even further opportunities. He continued to advance in the industry by working in the manufacturing side of the business.
Hayward is new to pest control industry. His professional experiences includes a decade of consumer markets, insurance and financial services. He holds a BS in business management. His role at Kness is to grow the existing Kness retail side of business by focusing on small to mid-size hardware stores and farm /home stores nationwide. He is looking forward to using his education and previous work experiences to help Kness stand out in the retail marketplace.
