Lampert Named Manager of Truly Nolen's Port St. Lucie Office

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. – Truly Nolen of America announced that Dean Lampert has been promoted to branch manager of the Port St. Lucie location.

Lampert, who spent 23 years of management in the furniture industry, joined the Truly Nolen family last July and attended a three-week ‘boot camp’ in Orlando where he was exposed to the company’s business model. Once completed, he returned to the Hollywood branch with an array of new sales knowledge. Two months of positive sales growth later, Lampert was hired as a Manager In Training for the Port St. Lucie branch at 450 S.E. Port St. Lucie Blvd., close to home for his family.

As branch manager, Lampert is responsible for overseeing and evaluating all administrative and technical staff at his location. “It’s important to create the right kind of culture for your employees, otherwise you’re not going to produce,” said Lampert. “I took a risk outside of my comfort zone with this company and it has been well worth it.”

“Dean is such a valuable member of the Truly Nolen family,” said Mervin Robinson, South Florida district manager. “I have confidence that he will go above and beyond as a branch manager.”

The company, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, is represented in 58 countries with a total of 272 branches worldwide including commercial, franchise and corporate operations. Truly Nolen has 33 locations and more than 580 employees throughout the state of Florida.
