Las Colinas Acquires Modern Exterminators

James Budd, branch manager and Eva and David Bearden, former owners Modern Exterminators, alongside Mike Houston, president of Las Colinas Termite & Pest Control Inc.

HOUSTON - Dallas-based Las Colinas Termite & Pest Control Inc has acquired Modern Exterminators of Houston, Texas. Modern Exterminators has provided termite & Pest control services since 1952. The Company will merge into Las Colinas’ existing operation in Houston. Bearden the previous owner will stay on as a consultant for the next few months. This is part of Las Colinas’ expansion through out the state of Texas with offices in Dallas, Houston, & San Antonio. The company continues to see double digit growth.
