ORLANDO, Fla. – As part of NPMA’s Leadership Development Group's (LDG) “Gives Back” initiative, LDG members spent the first day of PestWorld 2018 volunteering at an Orlando nursery school.
The group’s volunteer efforts were two-fold: LDG members read to the kids and worked on various service projects throughout the building.
In addition to the LDG “Gives Back” initiative, attendees have an opportunity to volunteer for a worthy cause – “PestWorld Gives Back.” Outside of the Thursday General Session (all day) kits with educational-based games are being assembled to be distributed to local children in need. If all PestWorld attendees assemble one kit, 3,000 kids in the local Orlando community will be served.
