CLEVELAND – LESCO announced the opening of 13 new LESCO Service Center locations in the second quarter of 2006. These new locations are in:
- Johnson City, NY
- Cheektowaga, NY
- Schenectady, NY
- Allentown, PA
- Concord, NC
- Summerville, SC
- Cartersville, GA
- Gainesville, GA
- Kalamazoo, MI
- New Albany, IN
- Evansville, IN
- Urbana, IL
- Norman, OK
LESCO has now opened 19 new Service Centers in 2006, bringing its nationwide total to 319 Service Centers in 39 states across the country as of June 30. “Thousands of turf care and pest management professionals visit their local Service Center every day to get the products they need to care for their customers’ properties,” said Jeff Rutherford, LESCO’s president and chief executive officer. “Opening more Service Centers lets us better serve customers locally, which allows them to spend less time worrying about purchasing product and more time working and earning money.”
Since the beginning of 2003, LESCO has opened 98 new Service Centers across the country. The company ultimately plans on opening as many as 40 new locations in 2006.
