The Rising Star Award was established in 2022 by the Tennessee Chapter of the Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM). The TPCA Chapter of PWIPM was established in 2021 under the National Pest Management Association’s PWIPM umbrella.
The Tennessee PWIPM group is passionate about gathering women throughout the state together for learning, networking, and service.
"I was so excited to have just been nominated for the Rising Star Award and then to find that I won was a total surprise, there are so many amazing women in the Pest Control Industry that are deserving of this," Lewis said. "In my 15 years in the industry I’ve seen women become more and more active and hold roles that truly are paving the way into the next chapter of pest control."
