ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. –– Eco Serve Pest Services announced Lindsay Hartnett as the recipient of the inaugural 2024 HEARTS Award, recognizing her display of the company’s core values: Honesty, empathy, authenticity, responsiveness, teamwork, and service standards. Hartnett was presented with this award at the company’s annual holiday party that took place on Dec. 7, at Chef’s Restaurant in downtown Buffalo, N.Y.
Hartnett's dedication to her role and her community involvement makes her an exemplary model of what the HEARTS Award represents, the company said. Most recently, Hartnett and her 8-year-old daughter volunteered in a local holiday event with Eco Serve, crafting ornaments and spreading cheer for children within the community. This tradition of giving extends to Eco Serve’s annual holiday party, where Hartnett creates handcrafted ornaments.
“Lindsay’s commitment to our core values shines through every day,” said Mark Pickhardt, Director of Operations at Eco Serve Pest Services. “Her ability to foster collaboration with her team members, whether in the office or out in the field, and her dedication to building strong, lasting relationships with her commercial clients inspire us all in our own work.”
Beyond her community involvement, Hartnett exemplifies teamwork and responsiveness through her consistent support of her colleagues. Whether helping brainstorm solutions, mentoring new team members or simply offering a listening ear, Hartnett's empathetic approach creates a positive and supportive work environment that uplifts everyone around her, the company said.
“Receiving the HEARTS Award is a true honor,” said Hartnett. “It’s a privilege to work alongside such an amazing team, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing pest control that’s personal while staying connected to our community.”
