The new labels give pest management professionals (PMPs) easy access to important information about product use, ingredients, storage, handling and safety. The information, printed in English and Spanish, appears in a new booklet-style label attached to the outside of the product container. PMPs simply peel back the label to reveal the product’s direction for use and precautionary information. After accessing the desired information, the label can be easily resealed. Liphatech’s “new” Generation BlueMax mini blocks are the first difethialone-based product to bear this innovative rodenticide label.
In addition, the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), also in English and Spanish, is stored in a resealable plastic bag inside each container. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires PMPs to have the MSDS information readily available.
“Liphatech has long been an industry innovator in rodent control products, and we’ve now introduced the first booklet-style rodenticide label that makes this critical information easily accessible to our customers,” said Al Smith, Liphatech’s director of marketing and business development. “The new labels are designed to give customers quick access to more information than they had before.
Additionally, the ability to store MSDS labels within our containers means the information is there when needed.”
The labels and MSDS are also available for download at www.rodent-control.com.
