MILWAUKEE, Wisc. - Several participants took home a $200 gift card after participating in Liphatech's golf challenge at PestWorld 2012, the company announced.
Contestants had two chances to navigate the golf course, and those able to sink a putt then spun the prize wheel for gifts ranging from a mouse pad to a 16-pound pail of Resolv or FirstStrike soft bait. Following a drawing, four participants took home a $200 Visa gift card. The winners were as follows:
- Daniel Fleisher, of Pestex Pest Free Systems, Newtonville, Mass.
- Mark Swihart, of ACE Pest Control, North Webster, Ind.
- Joseph Stehle, of AARD Pest Control, Lynnwood, Wash.
- Louis Sorkin, BCE of Entsult Associates, Rye Brook, NY
Also taking home a $200 Visa gift card was Greg Flynn of Braemar Pest control in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada, for most closely guessing the number of baked beans in a jar at the booth.
At its booth, Liphatech emphasized its soft baits including Resolv and FirstStrike.
