MILWAUKEE — Jim Doll has been named marketing manager for the Pest Management Division of Liphatech.
Doll is responsible for planning and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for the division, which Liphatech formed earlier this year.
He will also play a key role in product development. Doll reports to Ray Finke, business director, Pest Management Division. Liphatech’s pest control brand portfolio includes GenerationTM, BlueMax, Maki®, Rozol® Tracking Powder Rodenticides and Aegis® Bait Stations.
Doll was formerly the director of marketing, Tecumseh Power Company, Grafton, Wis. He also served as a product line manager for Tecumseh’s North American walk-behind lawnmower business unit. Before joining Tecumseh, Doll held a number of marketing and business consulting positions at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa. Before then, he was involved in brand management initiatives at Maytag Corporation, Newton, Iowa. Early in his career, Doll worked at Accenture. Doll earned a master’s degree from the Henry B. Tippie School of Management, University of Iowa, Iowa City, in 2004, and attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis., where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
