RICHMOND, Va. — Loyal Termite & Pest Control, a Richmond, Va., pest control company, has reorganized the management of the company and elected new officers.
Joe Lupini has stepped down as president and his son, Nick Lupini, has been elected to the position. Nick began working part-time in the industry when he was 15 years-old, starting in the termite department and then moving into sales and then into sales management.
The company’s new management structure is as follows:
- Joe Lupini — chairman of the board
- Nick Lupini — president and operations manager
- Kim Lupini Williams — senior vice president-office manager
- Gena Lupini — vice president pest control services
- Peggy Lupini — secretary/treasurer and financial manager
