Williams came to Nisus from Residex, LLC, where he handled a sales territory including Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. In addition to nine years of sales experience specifically in the pest control industry, Williams also has extensive management experience running a termite and pest control company. “We are pleased to have Lynn on board.” says Nisus President Kevin L. Kirkland. “With his extensive background in pest management and distribution, Lynn will be a great asset on the manufacturing side.”
Williams’ diverse experience lends itself well to communicating the message about borate-based materials. “Lynn is a solid fit with Nisus and works well with PMPs in his region,” says Harry Bryan, Eastern Division Director of Sales. “He is passionate about helping PMPs achieve success in their field. At Nisus, we believe we have the right mix of products to grow the pest control business, and Lynn can get these products in their hands.”
“Joining Nisus gives me a different kind of opportunity,” says Williams. “It’s a chance to help people see just why borates are used in this industry. It doesn’t matter what size business we’re dealing with, either; both large and small PMPs can benefit from using our products.” Williams also feels he is well positioned to assist PMPs with their businesses. “I think it’s important to have someone call on PMPs who not only has a sales background, but also distribution and field experience.”
