M&M Environmental Receives QualityPro Certification

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The pest control division at M&M Environmental, M&M Pest Control, recently was awarded with QualityPro certification by the National Pest Management Association.  

Many of the guidelines outlined by QualityPro were practices already being followed by M&M Pest Control. Things like Integrated Pest Management practices; thorough interview, reference, and background check processes; and high standards for corporate communications were all QualityPro-level standards that M&M had adopted and been practicing since it’s early start.

“We’re very proud to be one of the few privately owned pest control firms in Manhattan to have completed all of the requirements laid out by the QualityPro program,” said Tim Wong, technical director at M&M Environmental. “Working to meet these standards was enormously helpful in encouraging us to streamline our internal business practices, helping to ensure that we are moving our company forward in some of the most efficient ways possible.”
