QUEBEC CITY — Maheu&Maheu, the second largest Canadian-owned pest management company in Canada has acquired Groupe Sirois Pest Management. Groupe Sirois is a company based in Tadoussac started by Éric Sirois, a passionate entrepreneur who quickly grasped the importance of integrating a regional flavor to the service in addition to focusing on quality.
Louis-Philippe Maheu, Chief Financial Officer of Maheu&Maheu, said ‘’this transaction will consolidate the company's operations in the Lower St. Lawrence, Gaspésie, and the North Shore regions. These are very large areas where the distribution of technicians in the territory creates a distinct competitive edge’’.
