DBS, Ramsey Operation Excellence Announce Collaboration

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. and RIDGEWAY, Ohio— Davidson Business Services announced a new collaboration with Ramsey Operational Excellence to bring expert operational and technical consulting to the pest management industry.

Through this new relationship, Mark Davidson, MBA, MSIS, ACE and Dave Ramsey will work together to target operational growth goals for PMPs across the country.

With nearly 30 years in pest management, Ramsey has spent his entire career in the service delivery area. Starting as a route technician to overseeing the service delivery for national commercial customers with million-dollar portfolios. Ramsey has worked with small and medium-sized pest companies as well as large pest companies covering multiple states. He implemented quality management systems to improve service performance and overall company profitability.

“I am looking forward to helping companies deliver the highest quality service,” said Ramsey. “I love to roll up my sleeves and get out there to make an impact.”

Using his technical background, Dave can assist in company technical training and service protocols. “I think of myself as an applied entomologist. I like to use pest behavior and biology to come up with the best plan of action. Service protocols are a baseline; however, some situations require out-of-the-box thinking. I like to help give service personnel the confidence to think out of the box.”
