ATLANTA — Harvey L. Massey, Chairman and CEO of Massey Services announces the purchase of BACO Exterminating Services, a pest management company headquartered in Norcross, Ga.
BACO was established in 1995 and provides residential pest control, termite protection and lawn services to approximately 30,000 customers in the greater Atlanta area. The company has more than 60 team members operating out of offices in Norcross, Winder and Dallas, Ga.
“We are pleased to welcome the BACO Exterminating Services team members and customers to the Massey Services family,” said Harvey Massey. “We look for companies who have a reputation for exceptional customer service and BACO has done an outstanding job in their commitment to total customer satisfaction.”
The joining of the two companies further expands Massey Services in the Georgia market. Massey Services also has service centers in the cities of Alpharetta, Marietta, McDonough, Fayetteville and Gwinnett County.
