Massey Services Acquires Pest Shield Pest Control

ORLANDO, Fla. — Harvey L. Massey, chairman and CEO of Massey Services, announces the purchase of Pest Shield Pest Control of San Antonio, Texas.  

Pest Shield Pest Control employs more than 40 team members serving the greater San Antonio area. The joining of the two companies further expands Massey Services’ presence in the Texas market. Massey first entered Texas in 2012 and since then has expanded to 15 service centers operating in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and the surrounding areas. 

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Massey Services provides service to over 550,000 customers throughout Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Oklahoma.
