ORLANDO, Fla. — Harvey L. Massey, chairman and CEO of Massey Services, announced the purchase of Venture Pest Control of Charlotte.

The acquisition of Venture Pest Control of Charlotte expands Massey Services presence in the North Carolina market. Massey Services is headquartered in Orlando, Fla., and currently provides service to over 600,000 customers throughout Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina and North Carolina.
