As Vice President, Operations and Administration, Ms. Massey-Farrell oversees all day-to-day business operations and administration for the Agency. In her role, she manages the financial and accounting functions, the office’s IT systems, human resource processes and all other office administrative duties.
"Andrea plays a unique role in our Agency," said Mr. Brewer. "She makes a powerful contribution to our growth and profitability and richly deserves this promotion."
Ms. Massey-Farrell is also a Certified Marketing Representative for the Yellow Pages Publishers Association. She services the Agency's yellow page directory accounts, as well as plans and implements Yellow Page advertising buys for the agency and its clients.
Ms. Massey-Farrell graduated from Rollins College with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. She volunteers with the Children’s Liturgy program at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, the Winter Park Library Board of Trustees, the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Women’s Advisory Board, the Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College Advisory Board and the Junior Achievement high school mentoring program. She has served on the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Statewide Operating Committee, the American Cancer Society Orlando Unit board, Advisory Board for Alpha Delta Pi at the University of Central Florida and the Greater Orlando Alpha Delta Pi Alumnae Association.
Andrea and her husband, James Farrell, live in Winter Park with their twin sons, Ethan and Tedy.
