ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services was recently recogized with the Community Partnership Award from Kids House of Seminole. The company was honored during a ceremony held at Florida Hospital in Altamonte Springs on Sept. 26..
Massey Services provides a wide variety of support to the non-profit, which operates through donations and grants. Lynne Frederick, VP of Marketing for Massey Services, serves on the Kids House board and chairs their second largest event, the Promise to Protect breakfast. In addition, Massey Services donates pest prevention services to the Children's Advocacy Center located in Sanford, and assists Kids House with marketing, public relations and advertising services. Massey Services has also made several contributions to Kids House through $5 company-wide jeans days, as well as purchasing tables at Kids House fundraising events.
“Massey Services is a proud partner of Kids House of Seminole and fully supports this organization in its mission to aid the victims of child abuse,” said Tony Massey, President and Chief Operating Officer of Massey Services. “Because of the work done by Kids House more than 2,000 children in Seminole County are able to receive much-needed assistance to help them heal.”
