Massey Recognized For Participation in Safety Program

Massey Services was recognized for its participation in Partnership for Incident Prevention (PIP), a safety program created by the Metro Orlando Homebuilders Safety Alliance.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition for its effective Safety Management Program from Florida Safety Links, Inc. This award recognizes companies participating in the Partnership for Incident Prevention (PIP) program. The PIP program was created by the Metro Orlando Homebuilders Safety Alliance to ensure the safety of their local builders’ work sites. When approached to participate in this program, Massey Services, already equipped with an extensive safety management program, was pleased to be asked to be a part of a partnership that offers knowledge, tools and expertise for safety management to the Alliance’s contractors.

“The Partnership for Incident Prevention Program offers a system that most contractors should already have in place,” said Adam Jones, vice president of Quality Assurance for Massey Services. “It is important to have a safety management program that holds contractors responsible.”

Massey’s commitment to safety goes beyond the regulatory requirements; considerable time is devoted to educating its Team Members and ensuring that employees, customers and the environment are protected. Jones adds, “At Massey Services, we are committed to creating a culture that ensures the safety of our Team Members and our customers.”

“We are honored to have received the praise and recognition of Florida Safety Links,” said Tony Massey, president and COO of Massey Services. “We work hard to keep our work environment safe and we’re proud when our commitment to safety is recognized on an industry level. Our Team Members are to be congratulated on achieving this exemplary status.”
