Massey Services Acquires Sarasota-Based Company

MAITLAND, Fla. — Massey Services announced the acquisition of PestAgon™ Termite & Pest Management, Inc., an independent Sarasota, Fla.-based business founded in 1982 and owned by Ray Buchko.

Based in Sarasota, Florida, PestAgon™ Termite & Pest Management, Inc. provides comprehensive coverage for all pests, including general household pests, fleas, ticks, drywood and subterranean termites, rodents, wood decay rot and level I mold/mildew to residential and commercial properties in the Sarasota area and on Florida's West Coast.

For nearly 25 years, PestAgon™ Termite & Pest Management, Inc. has thrived under the leadership of Buchko, a 30-year Sarasota resident, a graduate entomologist from Purdue University, and a certified mold remediator.
