Massey Services Announces Hamilton, Patel, Burnett Promotions

Massey Services announced three internal promotions: Brandy Hamilton to division manager of the Tennessee region; Chad Patel to regional manager of the company’s North Texas region; and Josh Burnett to regional manager of the company’s newly-created Oklahoma region.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services, announced the promotion of Brandy Hamilton to division manager of the Tennessee region; Chad Patel to regional manager of the company’s North Texas region; Josh Burnett to regional manager of the company’s newly-created Oklahoma region.

In this newly created role, Hamilton will oversee the operational aspects of all service centers in Tennessee, including locations in Chattanooga, Cleveland, Athens, Knoxville and Johnson City. Since the company’s expansion into the state in 2021, growth in the region has necessitated the creation of this new leadership role.

“Brandy’s passion and continued commitment to our company is reflected daily through her dedication to our customers,” said Massey Services’ Executive Vice President and COO Ed Dougherty. “She has quickly proven she has the skills to successfully grow our business in the Tennessee market while also focusing on the development of our team members. I congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.”

Hamilton started her career in the pest management industry 12 years ago as a customer service representative. She was then systematically promoted to office manager, service manager and was most recently general manager of the Athens, Tenn., service center.

In Patel's previous role as general manager of the Frisco service center, Patel is credited for being instrumental in the successful development of new team members as well as in the expansion of the company’s GreenUP Landscape Services in the North Texas region.

“Chad has done an excellent job providing leadership to his team and demonstrating his commitment to total customer satisfaction,” said Dougherty. “His promotion will be a key component in our continued growth in the North Texas region, and I know he will take on this new role with the same passion he has demonstrated in his career thus far at Massey Services.”

Patel joined Massey Services in February 2020 as a general manager in training and was promoted to general manager of the Frisco service center in January 2021.

Burnett's position was established as a result of substantial revenue growth in the market, with plans for the company to open additional service centers in the area. In this new position, Burnett will oversee operations of all service centers in Oklahoma, which currently include locations in Moore, Edmond and Tulsa.

“Throughout his career at Massey, Josh has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to our company and our customers,” said Dougherty.

Burnett joined Massey Services as a pest technician in May 2008 and has since served as a service manager and, most recently, general manager of the Moore service center.
