ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services, announced the promotion of Brandy Hamilton to division manager of the Tennessee region; Chad Patel to regional manager of the company’s North Texas region; Josh Burnett to regional manager of the company’s newly-created Oklahoma region.
In this newly created role, Hamilton will oversee the operational aspects of all service centers in Tennessee, including locations in Chattanooga, Cleveland, Athens, Knoxville and Johnson City. Since the company’s expansion into the state in 2021, growth in the region has necessitated the creation of this new leadership role.
“Brandy’s passion and continued commitment to our company is reflected daily through her dedication to our customers,” said Massey Services’ Executive Vice President and COO Ed Dougherty. “She has quickly proven she has the skills to successfully grow our business in the Tennessee market while also focusing on the development of our team members. I congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.”
Hamilton started her career in the pest management industry 12 years ago as a customer service representative. She was then systematically promoted to office manager, service manager and was most recently general manager of the Athens, Tenn., service center.
Patel joined Massey Services in February 2020 as a general manager in training and was promoted to general manager of the Frisco service center in January 2021.
