ORLANDO, Fla. — Tony Massey, president and chief operating officer of Massey Services, recently announced four management changes designed for continued expansion of business and to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ed Dougherty has been appointed to the position of Vice President, GreenUP Landscape Services. Dougherty joined Massey Services in 1992, having served previously as Vice President and Regional Manager of the Central, Georgia and Villages Regions.
- Rick Beard, who recently rejoined Massey Services, has been promoted to Regional Manager for the Central Region. Beard began his career with Massey in 1990 as a Regional Manager and through the years held various positions in upper management. Beard left Massey Services in 2004 to pursue other business opportunities and returned in early 2009.
- Tony DiBerardino has been appointed to the position of Regional Manager, West Region. DiBerardino has served in the role of Division Manager, GreenUP Division, for Massey Services since 2006.
- Howard Stepleman has been named Director of Sales. Stepleman has been with Massey Services since 1996. His most recent role was as Regional Manager for the West Region.
