ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services announced that the Orlando Sentinel has ranked the company at No. 5 on its 2023 Top Workplaces in Central Florida list.
This is the eight consecutive year the Sentinel has named Massey Services to the “Top Central Florida Workplaces” list. This award honors organizations who receive exceptional positive feedback on anonymous employee feedback surveys.
“We are honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace in Central Florida once again” said Tony Massey, president and CEO of Massey Services. “We are proud of our team members and their commitment to providing quality service to our customers and to making a difference in our communities. This recognition would not be possible without their hard work and dedication to our company.”
Additionally, Tony Massey was recognized with a Special Leadership Award based on survey results to the question “I have confidence in the leader of my company.” The company had the highest ratings response to this question in the large companies division of the competition.
Massey Services offers a comprehensive benefits package for all team members including medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs and a 401(k) Retirement Plan. The company encourages all employees to support and give back to their communities by offering paid time off for volunteering and charitable fundraising matching. Massey also funds more than 60 annual scholarships for children of team members and recognizes the outstanding performance of their team members at an annual awards banquet every February.
