Massey Services
ORLANDO, Fla. – Massey Services announced the Orlando Sentinel has named the company to its 2025 Top Workplaces in Central Florida list.
This marks the 10th consecutive year Massey Services has been recognized on the “Top Central Florida Workplaces” list, an award based solely on anonymous employee feedback. The honor highlights organizations whose team members consistently provide exceptionally positive ratings regarding workplace culture, leadership and engagement.
“We are proud to once again be named one of Central Florida’s Top Workplaces by the Orlando Sentinel,” said Massey Services president and CEO Tony Massey. “Our team members’ dedication to our customers, our company and each other is a strong reflection of our company’s mission statement. Their hard work and commitment to excellence are what have allowed us to be recognized as a Top Workplace for 10 consecutive years.”
The company encourages community engagement by offering paid volunteer time off and charitable fundraising matching. In addition, Massey awards more than 60 annual scholarships to children of team members and celebrates outstanding team member achievements at its annual awards banquet each February.
Organizations across Central Florida—including private companies, nonprofits, public agencies and government institutions—with more than 35 employees were eligible to participate in the Top Workplaces program. Employees completed a 24-question survey, and results were bench-marked against similarly sized organizations. Final rankings were determined based on overall employee engagement and satisfaction scores.
