“Since July 2000, Howard has been setting records as the general manager in Kissimmee,” said Tony Massey. “He brings enthusiasm and the desire for success to the workplace. We trust that with his leadership, the South Region will have continued success and growth in the future.”
Stepleman began his career with Massey 10 years ago as a service technician. He worked his way up through the ranks and ultimately became a general manager in the Kissimmee Service Center. As a GM, Stepleman consistently exceeded every growth and performance record in the Osceola County market. In his new position as regional manager, Stepleman will oversee and manage operations for eight Service Centers in the South Florida region. The South Florida region includes offices in Cocoa, Port St. Lucie, Oldsmar, Naples, Melbourne, Brandon, Vero Beach and Winter Haven.
