ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services announced the promotion of Lindsey Herndon to director of sales for the multi-family division. In her new role, Herndon will be responsible for overseeing all sales management training initiatives, service center sales productivity and performance and recognition programs for the multi-family division.
“With more than 11 years of proven success, Lindsey has consistently delivered outstanding results and demonstrated remarkable leadership,” said Tami Swanson, division vice president of multi-family. “We are excited for the future as she leads our multi-family division into its next phase of growth and success.”
Herndon joined Massey Services in 2014 as a senior account manager in St. Petersburg, Fla. From the start, she demonstrated exceptional sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and a talent for securing large-scale termite contracts, the company said.
Herndon’s success led to a transfer to South Carolina, where she played a pivotal role in expanding Massey Services' multi-family operations across both South Carolina and North Carolina. Through her leadership and strategic vision, she helped establish a strong market presence and a reputation for excellence in these regions.
Herndon holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University.
