Mattress Safe, Inc. has successfully accredited their mattress and box spring encasements as "Bed Bug Certified." This initial testing for the "Bite Test" and the "Penetration and Escape Test" was performed over a four-week period. Mattress Safe reports that the same trials were allowed to continue for a period of one year (utilizing the initial subjects), and not one bed bug escaped. All specimens are now dead.
