JACKSONVILLE, Fla – McCall Service announced the acquisition of Naples, Fla. based Bug Bouncers Termite and Pest’s Tampa and Orlando metro area accounts. The acquisition of Bug Bouncers will be effective on Feb. 1, 2020. The acquisition of Bug Bouncers adds to the existing pest control business of McCall’s Orlando Metro and Tampa Metro service areas.
This acquisition is the result of McCall’s ongoing effort to expand and align itself with high quality, professional pest control companies that can add value to its existing and future clients.
“This acquisition adds even higher levels of density to our robust I-4 Corridor client base and will help us achieve and maintain growth levels well above that of the industry. McCall is delighted to welcome Bug Bouncers to the McCall family,” said J. Bryan Cooksey III, Chairman, President & CEO of McCall.
Tom Leithauser, former owner of Bug Bouncers, will be retiring from the industry to focus on fumigations and other business ventures.
