McCall Names Al Formella Senior Operations Manager

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Al Formella, currently the manager of the McCall Service Ocala service center and is being promoted to senior operations manager, which is a company-wide and newly created position.

“Al has proven leadership skills and demonstrated sound business practices in the Ocala area for more than a decade,” said John Cooksey, chief operating officer at McCall. “This position was created as our need for a regional manager has grown with our recent expansion into central and south Florida.”

Formella started his career in the pest management industry 28 years ago and has witnessed dramatic changes. “The industry has become more professional and there is more attention to safe applications and the development of quality products. We are more technically savvy with insect biology and integrated methods of elimination and or control,” said Formella.
