SOUTH ELGIN, Ill. — McCloud Services continues to give back to the community through charitable contributions as part of its Employee Incentive Program.
The company’s incentive program rewards employees who meet and exceed production and sales goals for the fiscal year. In addition to winning a company-paid trip, all individual performance winners are allowed to select a qualified non-profit organization for which McCloud Services makes a donation on their behalf. Now in its second year, the program has contributed nearly $6,000 to charitable organizations.
Organizations receiving donations as part of the Employee Incentive Program for the 2012-2013 fiscal year include the American Red Cross, The Humane Society of the United States, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers, Big Sisters and the American Cancer Society.
“We are proud to support these outstanding organizations through our Employee Incentive Program. As McCloud Services continues to grow, it is important to not only celebrate success, but also to give back to the organizations that make use of their time, talent and resources to better the communities where our employees and customers live and work. We look forward to continuing to grow and expand this rewarding program,” said Chris McCloud, president and CEO.
As part of its commitment to helping others, McCloud Services also recently sponsored events benefitting the Clearbrook organization and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
