McCloud Services announced the four charitable organizations that will receive a donation from the company as part of its 2016 Employee Incentive Program. In its fifth year, the program has contributed nearly $21,000 to non-profit organizations as part of the company’s philanthropy work. Charitable organizations receiving donations include: American Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project, Humane Society and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
The employee incentive program is intended to motivate employees to not only succeed in their jobs, but to give back to the non-profits they have a passion for, the company says. The program rewards team members who exceed production and sales goals for the fiscal year. All performance winners have the opportunity to select a qualified non-profit for which McCloud makes a donation on their behalf.
The company also announced its second Walter Award Winner, Brandon Murphy, Director of Business Development, for his contributions in the areas of character, innovation, teamwork, core values and leadership.
