FAIRFAX, Va. — A proactive bed bug public relations campaign by the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) has resulted in Associated Press coverage in 47 states, said PPMA President Cindy Mannes.
Bed bugs are crawling again with national coverage on CNN, Fox News and Regis and Kathy. PPMA also made headlines in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. The bed bug news is so big that when this round of bed bug news first broke, it became the most emailed story on Yahoo! and was also covered on MSN.com, ABCnews.com and CNN.com, just to name a few.
