Middleton Acquires Naples, Florida-Based Marshall Pest Control

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Sunair Services has acquired the assets of privately-held Marshall Pest Control. Headquartered in Naples, Fla., the company will be integrated into Sunair's wholly owned subsidiary Middleton Lawn & Pest Control. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Marshall Pest Control has provided lawn, shrub and pest control services to homeowners and businesses throughout Collier and Lee counties since 1997.
