Middleton Adds Doreen Partyka as Corporate Sales Director

Partyka brings more than 29 years of teaching and training experience to her new position with 10 years in the pest control industry.

ORLANDO, Fla. — Doreen Partyka has joined Middleton Lawn & Pest Control as the company’s new corporate sales director. Partyka brings more than 29 years of teaching and training experience to her new position with 10 years in the pest control industry.

In her new post, the majority of Partyka’s responsibilities will include training and coaching employees on how to employ proven strategies and techniques in securing new sales, creative sales and multiple contract sales. Also, she will undertake strategic planning and implementation of sales strategies, initiatives and contests; technical writing; monitoring and responding to strategic control reports; improving the company’s performance on critical sales metrics; reducing sales personnel turnover; and increasing / attaining sales goals.

“Doreen’s knowledge, experience and energy bring significant bench strength to the Middleton team,” said Greg Clendenin, chief executive officer of Middleton Lawn & Pest Control. “Her leadership, skills and mastery of various corporate sales disciplines will enable us to further strengthen our overall sales initiatives and programs. At Middleton we welcome someone with her skill set and background.”

Throughout her career, Partyka amassed residential sales and training experience while instructing all sales personnel and inspectors for her previous company’s ten branches throughout the state of Florida. She also authored their corporate training manuals, developed the company’s certified field training guidebook and workbook, administered and prepared training materials for the QualityPro examination, helped set up the training facilities and corporate offices and coordinated weekly sales meeting. She has also held a number of successful pest control sales-related positions.

Partyka holds a bachelor’s degree in English and music and a master’s in eEducation. Most recently, she was a doctoral candidate in educational leadership, with a focus on business training, at Florida Atlantic University. Partyka is an Associate Certified Entomologist and is a certified pest control operator (CPO) in the areas of general household pests (GHP), fumigation, termites and wood destroying organisms. Currently, she is preparing to take the state’s lawn and ornamental CPO certification and the exams to become a board certified entomologist.

A native of the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania, Partyka has a daughter, Christina, who will be attending the University of Florida in the fall, and a son, Daniel, who will start at Florida State University this summer.
