The highest honor earned through the National Pest Management Association, the QualityPro accreditation signifies that Archer is committed to service excellence and has taken extraordinary steps to ensure its employees have a high level of training.
“By carrying the QualityPro accreditation, we are demonstrating to the customer, and the entire industry, that we adhere to the highest professional standards in pest control,” said Greg Clendenin, chief executive officer of Middleton Lawn & Pest Control. “All pest control operators can continue to elevate our industry by striving for QualityPro certification and demonstrating a commitment to superior service and honesty.”
To receive the QualityPro accreditation, a pest control company must meet rigorous qualifications built around four key areas: Business Operations, Consumer Relations, Environmental Stewardship and Technician Training. These qualifications include ensuring employees are tested and trained to the highest industry standards; offering a clear, easy-to-understand warranty and termite service agreement; advertising truthfully and ethically; offering a customer communications policy; practicing proper pesticide handling and maintaining the proper insurance. QualityPro companies are also certified to be environmentally responsible.
“Archer is proud to be serving Florida communities and developments as a QualityPro company,” said Tami Connolly, director of corporate accounts for Archer. “This accreditation demonstrates what our customers have always known – they will always receive the best and most professional service possible from Archer.”
As a division of Middleton Lawn & Pest Control, Archer offers pest control, termite control and lawn and shrub care for multi-family and mixed-use facilities throughout Florida.
