ORLANDO, Fla. — Middleton Pest Control, a subsidiary of Fort Lauderdale-based Sunair Services Corporation, announced today a partnership with "GreenCare for Troops," a nationwide outreach program initiated by Project EverGreen to provide local lawn care, landscaping and pest control services to the families of deployed military personnel. Through this partnership, Middleton hopes to donate pest control services to area families in need.
"Middleton is always mindful of our community's needs, and the needs of the men and women away from home serving our country in the armed forces are no exception," said Greg Clendenin, CEO of Middleton Lawn & Pest Control. "We proudly support our troops abroad and, through 'GreenCare for Troops,' we seek to lend a helping hand to the families that are bravely managing the home front while their loved ones are away."
Florida families interested in applying for the "GreenCare for Troops" program can contact Project EverGreen's Joy Westenberg at (877) 758-4835, or visit www.projectevergreen.com to complete the electronic application form.
